DESCRIPTION: Dr. Oliver Lynton-Wolfe was a key member of the Niantic Project team and developed much of the XM technology currently being used today, including Resonators, XMPs & Power Cubes. 
Following the shuttering of the Niantic Project, he eagarly moved to the private sector to capitalize on his knowledge. During Operation Cassandra his plan to undermine Jarvis and become the new leader of the Enlightened backfired. He subsequently aligned himself with the Hulong Corporations & used Dark XM to attack Jarvis directly. That attack fragmented Jarvis into the 13 "Shards" which were reunited to resurrect Jarvis during Operation 13Magnus.
